- If you received damaged item you are eligible for a refund. Just contact us within 14 days after you purchased it and we will issue a refund for you or replace to new item.
- If you wish to cancel your order you need to contact us within 14 days and we will issue a refund. If you damaged item (removed seal or in any other way) you won’t be eligible for a refund. You have 14 days to return item back to us once you contact us regarding cancellation.
- We only accept returns from the person who bought the item. Proof of purchase will be asked (receipt which you receive to your email address once buying).
- We will always try to keep our clients happy, but in cases where our opinions will be different we might use legal actions.
